Summary
Publication derived from a workshop of the same name, held from August to October 2022, in which the herbalism specialist Sami Esfahani and a group of gardening neighbors from Santa María la Ribera gathered to reflect on urban gardens and learn more about the processes of herbalism and its uses in daily life.
The book compiles six texts from the participants who, once the workshop was finished, continued to meet and write, as well as a text by Esfahani herself. The aim is to motivate other people to sow, to reclaim green areas, and to build community around urban gardens.
